My Favorite Red Carpet Looks from the 2018 Oscars

^The above photo is almost a year old, but this dress is sparkly and feels very Oscars-appropriate.

Did anyone else watch the Oscars last night? I don't typically sit down and watch the whole thing, but this year, one of my friends hosted an Oscars party, fancy attire and all, so I got to enjoy all of the stunning red carpet looks, as well as figure out what movies I now need to go watch!

Today, I thought I'd share with you some of my favorite looks from the evening. As you can tell, there was a theme to my favorites. I don't know what it is about a white or nude gown, but it just looks so elegant and classic.

Margot Robbie in Chanel Haute Couture

This might have been my favorite look of the night. It was simple and sleek, with a touch of romance. I also love her wavy bob.

Allison Williams in Armani Privé Couture

I love the nude, sheer fabric of this dress. The cap sleeves and a deep side part with soft waves finish this look off beautifully.

Gina Rodriguez in Zuhair Murad Couture

I adore the cut of Gina's dress. She looks like a princess. I also love how she kept her makeup and hair very simple, so as to not draw attention away from her eye-catching gown.

Janet Mock in Forevermark jewelry

Capes were a big trend at the Oscars this year. I love how soft and drapey Janet's is. It perfectly complements the figure-hugging silouette of her dress.
