My number one tip for looking polished and put-together for a cold Winter day at work? An all-black or black and white outfit; especially if you live somewhere much colder than Southern California where you need to where actual Winter apparel, like boots and gloves.

A neutral color palette is always sharp and works particularly well when you need to layer pieces for added warmth. It's also just a no-brainer outfit for a Monday morning when the weekend was not at all restful and relaxing...for example...
